TANER
Founder & Head Coach
Taner’s love of football and coaching inspired him to set up the club. His vision is to provide girls of all abilities, opportunities of fantastic football and outstanding coaching. Taner enjoys coaching all of our teams and oversees the sessions/matches on Saturdays. He also enjoys liaising with parents in improving the club and is always available to answer any questions or queries. Taner has a BSc degree in Sport Studies and is a FA Level 2 Qualified Coach and is currently completing his Level 3 UEFA B Badge. He has more than 10 years experience in youth football coaching.Taner is a PE/Games teacher at an independent primary school where he is also Head of Football & Boys Games. He played football at a semi-professional level and now enjoys playing Sunday League football as his main focus is Vicky Park Rangers FC. Taner’s all time favourite player is Thierry Henry and he has always been a big Arsenal fan.

DANIELLE
Chairwoman
Danielle oversees how the club is run and is also the club treasurer. Danielle has been coaching girls’ football for 4 years and enjoys helping out with our Saturday sessions. She is a great role model to the girls and she enjoys creating fresh, fun sessions at Saturday training. Her enjoyment of football began at the age of 7 when she started playing for Chadwell Heath FC and became a huge West Ham fan, having a season ticket for 17 years! As well as keeping up with her roles and responsibilities here at VPR, Danielle has a BA Honors degree in P.E and Sport and is also a full time teacher and the head of P.E in a local primary school, where she continues to promote and inspire her passion for football.

LEWIS
U13’s Lead Coach
Lewis is a fantastic role model to the girls who aims to take his background knowledge and love of football to deliver safe and engaging sessions. He is a huge Arsenal FC fan and was inspired by Dennis Bergkamp and Thierry Henry growing up. Lewis played in grass roots leagues up until the age of 14 where he was signed by Tottenham Hotspur Academy. He also had trials at Crystal Palace when he was 9 years old and has played in Non-League football for Borehamwood FC, Ware FC, Wingate & Finchley FC & Waltham Abbey. Lewis is an FA Level 1 & 2 licensed coach with 5 years experience coaching grassroots football.

PAUL
U12’s Lead Coach
Paul joined VPR as a coach in January 2019 and has coached the U8 and U11 teams. He is a FA Level 1 qualified football coach, but has also coached children in a range of other sports including: rugby, cricket, and swimming. When he is not coaching football, Paul is an employment lawyer and life coach who works with a range of individuals from different backgrounds to help them identify and achieve their life and career goals. Paul is passionate about watching and playing all sports, particularly team sports and strongly believes in the positive life lessons and confidence that can be learned on and off the pitch as part of a team. He also enjoys a challenge and was once part of a 3 man triathlon team that ran from London to Dover, swam the English channel and cycled to Paris.

BAYRAM
U11’s Lead Coach
Bayram has been coaching for 9 years across the ages 4-23 in Sunday league football and Ryman League youth teams. He has been coaching at VPR for the past two years and is proud to be a part of the VPR family. Bayram is very passionate about football – especially youth football as they are the future stars! He is a FA level 2 qualified coach and currently holds qualifications in 1-4 youth modules. Bayram is also a registered scout for Besiktas Youth Academy. His experience working internationally with this academy has enabled him to engage with many outstanding coaches and players which in turn further develops his own outstanding coaching.

JOANNA
U10’s Lead Coach
Joanna is a FA Level 1 certified coach and is in her second year of coaching at VPR. Her goal is to create a fun environment for the girls to develop their football and teamwork skills. In addition to coaching, Joanna enjoys playing football and basketball. She played football for the University of Tampa NCAA Division II team. Joanna is a Real Madrid fan and her favourite player is Megan Rapinoe.

ADEL
U9’s Lead Coach
Adel began her football career at 8 years old where she played for her local clubs – Enfield Town and Leyton Orient. At 15, she took her first job as an assistant football coach. Here Adel’s passion for coaching was born and she went on to do many coaching education sessions, lunchtime/after school club football sessions, football summer camps eventually becoming the head coach at a local club. Working with players of different ages, characters and abilities has shaped her development as a coach. Adel recently finished her B-Tec Level 3 Sports Studies Diploma and is currently in her second year at University of Hertfordshire completing a BSc Degree in Sport Studies.

AALIYAH
Football for Fun Lead Coach
Aaliyah has a passion for sport and is currently studying to be a P.E teacher. She has been coaching for 3 years children aged 4-11 and leads the Saturday group sessions at VPR. Aaliyah holds her FA level 1 Coaching badge and she has also completed her Intermediate Primary level Teachers Award for Gymnastics, Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Activity Leadership, Level 2 Certificate in leading Health-Related Activity Sessions as well as her Level 3 in Supporting the delivery of P.E and School Sport.

SAFIYE
Football For Fun Lead Coach
Safiye has a passion for sport and is in her third year studying to be a P.E teacher. She has been coaching for 3 years children aged 4-11 and leads the Saturday group sessions at VPR. Safiye holds her FA level 1 Coaching badge and she has also completed her Intermediate Primary level Teachers Award for Gymnastics, Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Activity Leadership, Level 2 Certificate in leading Health-Related Activity Sessions as well as her Level 3 in Supporting the delivery of P.E and School Sport.

PAUL
Club Development Officer
We are very lucky to have Paul a part of the VPR family. He has worked for professional football clubs for over 22 years including Leyton Orient, West Ham and Millwall as well as being a former FA Coach Educator. Paul is highly experienced and respected within the football youth development community. He works closely with the coaches at the club to fulfil best practice and provide best quality coaching and sessions.
