Entry Phase
U7s - U9s
In our Entry Phase, we have teams from U7s - U9s all competing in the Capital Girls League. Matches are every other week to allow extra time to develop and learn.
Foundation Phase
U10s - U11s
Still based on individual and team development, the foundation phase, introduces weekly games and one competitive cup competition per season. This allows our teams to enter into a fun but competitive environment where results are still not published
All teams play in the Capital Girls League with home games all at Victoria Park
Competitive Phase
U12s - U16s
From U12s, our teams go into a competitive league and cup competitions. Our coaches offer a competitive but fun and development environment in line with our club values.
Currently all teams compete in the Capital Girls League
