The Under 7s team represents the youngest league team at VPR and currently participates in the Capital Girls League, where they are competing in an Under 8s division. 

Matches are held bi-weekly at a central venue, affording the team an earlier introduction to competitive football relative to their peers. This schedule also allows ample time for training sessions, enabling players to refine the skills acquired during matches. 

The primary objectives for this year include enhancing their footballing abilities and emphasizing the strategic formation of play. 

Training sessions are conducted on Tuesdays and every alternate Saturday, with matches scheduled for every other Saturday.
